1. Acceptance of the conditions of use

Only people who have accepted the general sales conditions described below may use Tolteck’s services. By reading this document, the user accepts the terms and conditions of use.

 

2. Registration conditions

Registration for the services provided by Tolteck is made through the website: tolteck.app, by the user. The user has a 30-day trial period. At the end of this period, access to this service will be deactivated without prior notice unless the user decides to subscribe to our services through a payment made before the end of said 30 days. Payment, defined in section 3, must be received by Tolteck. If the user decides not to subscribe to the service after the trial period, the user will have no obligation.

 

3. Rate plans and payment conditions

As of April 19, 2019, the monthly subscription price for Tolteck services is 25 £ (twenty-five pounds), excluding VAT. On the same date, the price of an annual subscription is 228 £ (two hundred and twenty-eight pounds), without VAT.

4. Code licenses

The Tolteck web application reuses code under MIT, Apache and GPL software licences. Contact us if you want details and/or the corresponding source code if applicable.

 

5. Access to the service and liability

The user is the only holder of the access codes (email address and password). Tolteck declines any responsibility in case of loss or destruction of the access codes. The user agrees to take all necessary security measures to maintain their confidentiality.
Tolteck does not guarantee continued access, or the correct visualization, downloading or usefulness of the elements and information contained in the Website, which may be impeded, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control.
Tolteck is not responsible for the information and other content integrated into third-party websites or spaces accessible from the Company’s Website through links, hyperlinks or links, nor for the information and other content integrated into third-party websites or spaces from the that is accessed through links, hyperlinks or links to the Website of the Company, or the information and contents of any third party website that is presented under the appearance or distinctive signs of the Company, unless expressly authorized by the latter..
